Have you guys tried validating your game cache files ? Maybe something got corrupted and Steam can redownload broken files for you.

How do I do this? I'm supposed to wait for STEAM just pop-up a message with it or there's a command? Thx

PROBLEM SOLVED:

Go to:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\MKKE and delete the file options.ini.
By the way, check if your dxdiag file has 1024 on dedicated memory. If doesn't, change the numbers, save and set document as read only.

Dude, there's a hidden folder called AppData in every user folder.

Example:

C:\Users\Koza\AppData
C:\Users\All Users\AppData

open a Run dialog (WindowsButton+R) and type this adress: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\MKKE, changing the USERNAME for the name of your account on Windows (not the nickname, the user name; you may find on Users folder as well)

ok thanks it's working again :D although if thats a game ini file would it effect my acteul save files ?

I believe our "save" is stored on Steam. When you click the link icon (on Start menu/Desktop) it actually opens the steam as minilauncher for the game, try this on Run dialog: steam://rungameid/237110.
