Would there be Anomaly 3?

Has sequel of Anomaly 2 been planned? If yes, when would we be able to see it?

Doubt it. Anomaly 2 sales haven't been all that good. Would love to see them venture into something a little more different. They can come back to Anomaly later.

Also, I feel Anomaly is better played on mobile, so perhaps they'd not make 3 for PC

Well, I think more people would have bought it if there was something other than the multiplayer after the campaign was done. I really liked the Baghdad Mayhem and Tokyo Raid skirmishes, and would have rather had something like that in Anomaly 2 thatn the multiplayer.

I think they listened to too small a vocal minority when they decided to just do multiplayer. In my opinion, most people that bought the first Anomaly weren't interested in multiplayer (I'm one of them!) and probably didn't buy it after hearing there wasn't much single-player content in Anomaly 2.

I bought it anyway, but I'm sure they could draw in a LOT more buyers if they just added more single-player content like the first game had.

Would love to try a Baghdad Mayhem mode with the new units. :-)

I have a feeling a DLC (free perhaps) may be imminent. And yes, I have never touched online MP at all!

It's a shame so many feel that way. The asymmetry of the multiplayer is interesting as well as unique as far as I know.

I'm sure MP is interesting, it's just not what I'm interested in in a Anomaly game. The meagre solo contents of A2 probably came as a bit of a shock to many of us here...

Doesn't solo have at least 8 hours of gameplay, and then optional higher difficulties for re-playability? Seems decent for me. I stayed away from MP as usual....don't play MP games on Steam in general.
