The main reason why Takedown is criticised so heavily is because it is blatantly unfinished, broken, utterly failed to live up to any of it's potential, and 505 has not only deceived everyone, but they've poisoned the well too. It is no exaggeration to say that this game in it's current state is completely inferior to Rainbow Six 3 (a game from 2003!) in every imaginable way. It pisses me off because I funded a game with the potential to revive a dead genre on KickStarter and it has been squandered by a rogue publisher. Instead, they've ensured that no major company would even dare to fund a small-scale tactical shooter again.
You can stop spamming the same response in every thread. You're not doing Serellan any favors with this uninformed shilling.
Also, where's all the equipment? In Rainbow Six I had Smoke grenades, flash bangs, frag grenades, heart beat sensors, breaching charges, claymores, explosive charges, tear gas, etc.
Finally, how do you command your squad around anyway? There's no way to tell them to do anything, they follow you around shooting things and waiting for you to die so you can take them over.
The AI is broken, the menus are horrendous, the graphics are ho-hum, there's no real sound direction, it's an unfinished mess with next to no levels to even play and you can't move while leaning.
Go play Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six 3, SWAT 4. Anything but this nonsense.
I don't hate it because I'm not good enough to play a tactical shooter, I hate it because it fails to be any good at being a tactical shooter.
I respect your opinion because I am an educated man, do not speak English, I speak Portuguese, but it's my opinion and I think you should respect her education. Not spam, just was not going to write the same thing all over again. I played and spent almost all maps alone and in teams of 6 players online mission, and is exactly the way I described, if you disagree that is your problem. Just so you know I've played this game 70 hours.
Really really really Awful animations
