Pacman with Win7x64 or Win8x64?

I now have a second patition with win7 installed. The game has absolutely no input lag and display stuttering! When the game was available about one year ago I installed it on win8x64 and had only trouble till yet! The only special is I have to run it now as administrator under win7x64.
Under win8x64 and win8.1x64 I tried everything out what you can think of including all OS and NVIDIA settings but nothing helped! With win8x64 I would never see the classic skin, but now I have the 1.300.000 Medal. I think the 1.500.000 and the 1.800.000 Medals will be possible in the next few weeks:-) This game is one of the best arcade games I have ever seen, it is much better than the original I think. It would be nice to get absolutely the same game only native written for the pc and not only a port from a console! I think we still need a patch for many win8 configurations!

i like the "Neon Light" aspect of the game i think alot of Old games could do with a "Neon Light" resurrection, Neon Mario Bros for example but heaps more pyrotechnical displays.

I think original pacman is better for lot of reasons, but this pacman dx+ is also good for others reasons (lazy to explain sorry)
