I keep loosing myself in the amazing music of the game.
Is the OST available somewhere as CD/MC/LP or maybe even MP3? :-)

OK, this sucks, seriously.

I played my order at this lour.fm site, paid, they charged me and everything - but they fail to let me download what I paid for!!!

The page the confirmation EMail links to stays empty with a "Your Order" heading and a spinning "please wait" circle thing and then nothing happens not matter how long I wait.

I tried IE, FF and Chrome, so it's not a matter of "unsupported browser".

SERIOUSLY?
Why couldn't this have been released on some serious and trusworthy service :-(

I just dug up my order email and it seems to work fine. Perhaps it was a temporary issue. Try just logging in to your account and going to the Downloads page.

I'd love a soundtrack and artbook. The opening music with the rain and distant thunder is just so niiice.

No dice.

Tried from several PCs of which some are even on completely different internet accesses and all kinds of browsers.
Looks like all their AJAX requests are failing.

Contacting support ends in "sorry, we need to sleep, we'll get back to you when we feel like it".

Do those requests give any meaningful error messages in the responses?

I checked the JS console in the developer toolbar and it's throwing a "Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'lastname'" where it then completely breaks and aborts.

So yah, some JS error on their end....

Well, from the looks of it you're probably not logged in. The same error (or the Firefox equivalent) appears on the home page for me when I'm not logged in. That method, as you may have guessed, just returns your last name. If you're not logged in the method doesn't exist, hence the error.

Don't have a login and honestly don't want one.
On the order page I entered my E-Mail address, clicked on "pay" and got the confirmation mail with a big, juicy link "download your music here" - all cool and as expected so far.
Nowhere did it say I have to register with that site.

Well, let me try throwing my mail address into the "forgot password" function, maybe they secretly created an account for it in the background....

They almost certainly create some sort of an account because they associate your order with your email address. I don't remember ever entering any login details either, but I did the password reset and lo and behold I had an account.

Yeah, that seems to have done the trick.

I actually got a password reset link for my email, did reset it and am now downloading the music - FINALLY *yay* *happycat*

They should state it somewhere on the site that you *have* to reset/request a password and to login to download, not just send a link "download here" w/o telling.

But meh, I got the music now, so all's cool :-)

I get your feeling, Hellcat, OST is AWESOME in this game. I even adjusted my settings to 100% music, 50% sfx so I could always hear that music even during the heavy fight. I wonder why isn't it goes in two options in steam? I mean - first is like the game only, second - digital deluxe with OST and arts?
