Secret Achievements. How I get then?

Hi guys. I already complete the game but I don't know how I can get the 2 secret achievements. Someone knows?

Just go talk to Matti until the achievement pops. For the other two you need to start a new save on hardcore and then do the "evil" ending of the laundry quest.
