Is there a way to quickly restart during the trials?

Not that I remember, took me a little while before I got them all. On the 360 version anyways.

Though if it helps, you /can/ run out of some of them if you fail too bad early on. Just exit the area and come back. Doesn't work on all of them, but for some it makes it slightly faster than finishing it for a less that 4 star score before trying again. Just got all of them 4 stars myself last night. Didn't have to restart too many times, but again, running out of the tile and back in does make it faster on some.
