Are those eyebrows???

One thing that has always bothered me about fidget is the two little lines above her eyes (not the markings, i mean the little lines above those markings) are those really her eyebrows? or it's just part of her fur pattern, or she's just the most worrysome nimbat ever and her eyebrows are in a perma-concerned mode?
