Not working

I start it up, but it freezes at the main title screen, but without any of the options to choose from and no sound. Only way to exit is control alt delete.

It was working a little while before, anyone know what this problem is? I'm on windows 7 by the way.

I'm having the same issue. No fix? Or user error? I'm on Windows 8.1
