Texture loading error

On over half of the skins I have downloaded, I keep getting this error saying that some texture is missing: https://s27.postimg.org/wgh5tqair/Screenshot_from_2017_01_28_15_05_18.png (A different one for every theme) I'm using Linux Mint. Does anyone know how to fix this? Did this game have an update recently that broke all these skins?

Are you using Mesa? It seems to have numerous issues with this game recently.

I have the same errors like this.
My System is Kubuntu 16.10 and I'm using Mesa, too.
The files are not in the file system (Look at this errer message).
Why do you think mesa could be the problem ?

Same issue here, with most but not all skins. Not using mesa, but the proprietary nvidia driver.

Same issues with Kubuntu 18.04 and nvidia 390 propietary driver.
