Mouse stuttering?

So I just did another run through of the Half-Life games and there aditional content with no issues... I installed this mod [to check it out] and right from the start I'm getting a weird stutter whenever I use the mouse to turn? Has anyone got a fix for this? Reaaly want to play this. :(

change polling rate on your mouse to 500 worked for me
