It could have been much better.
The controls feel like you're playing the first Resident Evil at times, it's dreadful and concerns me considering the year this game was made and that people were actually payed to do this.
The different ways you could go through the missions are the only redeeming factor in this game, the gunplay is atrocious and your camera will frequently lock in combat which is in the end what finally caused this game to be dropped into a category of pure ♥♥♥♥.
Also can you at least try and make a game where every option isn't the same button? Keyboards have a lot of different keys and you don't need to make spacebar the same ♥♥♥♥ing button to both open the door and also PEEK UNDER IT. There are many more aspects where this will do nothing but ♥♥♥♥ you but I don't want to be here writing for the next few hours. When the game starts to get fast paced and intense you will find yourself dealing with a someone who must have a serious nerve disorder because trying to make fluid movements with your weapon to aim at different enemies is nothing short of impossible and even if you turn off aim assist, there is still some clearly built into the game and it will still drag your aim. The idea of recoil in this game is that you're not able to control it and you're also not allowed to move the gun at all once you fire, it doesn't rise or it doesnt fall, the accuracy just drops the more you fire, taking out multiple enemies that are coming towards you if it ever comes to it is semi impossible if there are any dogs, you simply cannot kill them all fast enough unless you abuse pathing to make them funnel directly into you.
I really would only suggest this if you can deal with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
