What can i say about this game. It's a pure unadultered piece of fun, if you love pure unadultered action. There is a word limit so will stretch...
The history is good enough. Not mindblowing , but It feels simple enough for what this game really needs.
Where MGR really exceeds is in the gameplay and Soundtrack. The gameplay, while not too complex in it's controls is satisfying and offers lots of ways to play the game to try different strategies. I didn't play it with keyboard, by I feel this is one of those games made to play with a joystick anyway. While the gamplay is marvelous the game manages to best it with a godlike music direction. The music doesn't just accompany the gameplay, it complements it perfectly.
The difficulty curve is amazingly well crafted. In a major spectrum, for this genre, the game is easy, but it depends what are your goals. If your goal is finishing it. It's good. But it shines when you go for the S rank wich requires some crazy skills.
+Controls (joystick, didn't test with KB)
+Story is good for what a game of this genre can offer.
=/=I know, mos Metal gear games are about stealth. But the stealth of this game is kind of weird and feels unnecessary. The only reason to stealth in this game is to get achievements. It's just not fun for gameplay purposes like in most metal gear. It feels like it's there because it's metal gear.
-Some battles may feel samey at some point
