MGR+MotionInJoy?
I don't own an Xbox 360 controller, but I do know using MIJ, it's possible to use a PS3 controller, and emulate the 360s control map.

However, when I tried doing this with Dark Souls, I would get a BSOD upon attempting to use this. Is anyone playing MGR using a PS3 controller that can confirm if there's any blue screens occurring because of Motion In Joy? I'd really like to play this using my PS3 controller.

Works like a dream for me with motioninjoy.

Hmm. Just tested it myself just now, and I got a BSOD again. At least I fixed the FPS issue.

Don't use MotionInJoy. I won't waste time here explaining how absurdly horrible it is (try a search for 'motioninjoy sucks'), but just know it's absurdly horrible. Try xinput wrapper, or maybe Tamamy's drivers.

Agreed. Search for the topic: No DS3 support? and you'll see my posts on it.

I'm using motion joy and nope not getting that. The only real difference is rumble isn't the same as the PS3 version, but other then that it's accurate.

Motioninjoy works for me. I understand some people have problems with it, but since I haven't had much of a problem myself (and I'm aware of the risks behind installing third-party drivers), I'm still using them and find them useful. My only real problems with it are the rather limited bluetooth adapter compatibility, the right stick acting up in gameplay every so often without my input, and the fact that version 0.7 doesn't save my settings correctly half the time.

I wouldn't recommend MotionInJoy, I use BetterDS3. It does require you to download MotionInJoy but it just uses the driver for it's own software. So you don't have to put up with the terrible MotionInJoy interface and worry about it pinging China.

If you want your PS4 controller to work, install the Xbox 360 drivers from Microsoft, and download DS4Tool. Works like a charm.

Yeah been using BetterDS3 for ages now and it works flawlessly in every game, including MGR.

I used to use MotionJoy and it was fine, but it sucked when my usb connection would wonk out on me and I'd have to open MotionJoy and activate the driver. I took somebody's advice and switched to xinput and now I just need to connect the controller and it works- no opening an application or anything. Now I just need to get a bluetooth adapter and I won't have to deal with a usb connection going in and out at the worst times.

Alright thanks for the tip. I'll try that.
