Konami Code won't work!

I've tried using the Konami Code on the title screen to unlock everything, but it never works! I've tried both an Xbox and PS3 controller. There's next to no lag on my laptop, but I can't figure out if I'm doing it too quickly or too slowly.

Is it possible to do it using the keyboard?

I don't know how to help you with your problem, but regarding your question at the end - I read in another thread that for whatever reason they didn't implement Konami Code for keyboard, so you have to enter it with a controller even on PC.

I don't think Konami code with a controller will work for the PC version of the game. They probably replaced the code with a PC version of the code. Google it.

I'm also using Xbox 360 controller. Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, and A right? Do you need to be the game first to be able to use it or something?

*Edit* I got it to work, but it seems like I unlocked everything BUT the Very Hard and Revengeance difficulties?

dude i got it! It wasn't working for me and I was using an Xbox controller too.

On the controller, instead of the "Start" button, you gotta use the "Back" button.
