Saying something in this thread may help. Platinum games (at least) will probably notice it if the post count is high.

There seems to be a few petitions around the net. Signing them, commenting on games websites that mention MGS5 on PC, and generally going wild about it on the internet will probably help :)

Believe it or not, their was an interview with the MGS franchise creator saying that, while they were going to initially release MGS5 for the PS4 and Xbox one first, they were going to eventually release a PC port. Nothing really need's to get noticed now and day's. Game Developer's are begining to notice the potential of a market for console ports and thus many developer's have begun to follow suit.

Don't get your hopes up! i want it as much as the next guy but i hope it takes some time for it to come out so its really nice and not a bad port.

Yeah! Im pretty sure now that its gonna come out on pc. I guess we should have one petition where all voters go give their votes to, there is atleast one on change.org. Dont know about any other petition sites, but feel free to promote some good petition site.

I'd rather see them use OpenGL. That way no one would have to downgrade to Windows 8 to run it.

In that case it would be better to get the MGS HD collection which has MGS2, MGS3, and Peace Walker HD. It was already released on X360, PS3 and Vita so it shouldn't be big problem to port it again.

Also of course I want MGS V. I'll give you all my money if it's a good port as MGR:R
