You can get technical support in this thread, but we highly recommend that you send requests via email, to [e-mail].

Please describe the issue as detailed as possible and attach your log-files to the letter.
They can be found in here:
Win:
steamapps\common\Blitzkrieg3\B3_Data \client.config
steamapps\common\Blitzkrieg3\ B3_Data \output_log.txt
Mac:
RMB on game->Properties->Local Files->Browse local files...
RMB on BlitzkriegOSX->Show Package Contents-> Contents/MacOs/logs
~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

Log-files are needed to analyse the data of the application and better understanding on how the issue was born.

In other cases please provide as much detailed information about the problem as possible. In most cases, the following universal steps will resolve the problem, so please give them a try before writing:
- Update your videocard drivers and DirectX.
- Make sure your system meets the minimum requirements.
- Reinstall the game – manually remove all existing game files, make sure you have 10Gb free space, then re-install and run without your anti-virus and firewall.
- Quit any third-party applications, especially those that place a load on your system and internet connection (other games, web browsers, chat clients, etc).

I can't activate my key with Steam. Got the strategic edition (preordered from your website) and also played all the alpha versions already.

Steam purchased Version Does not work

It downloads, updates, then I click on play and then I just get a black screen with Blitzkrieg 3 in the middle and to the bottom right it says early access version.... then nothing

Tried verifying files via the launcher and it generated this error:

Please Max, Ive really been looking forwars to playing this game, I see you have seen my screenshot. there is another screen before that its just thye company logo. but it just hangs on the Blitzkrieg 3 screen .... :-( and yes I have verifyied the files it re-downloaded them and repatched but to no avail.... :-(

I did everything according to your guide that's placed on your forum at blitzkrieg.com. Both with merging or making steam my primary account, everytime I'm trying to start the game via steam, I get the following errorcode during the loading screen. "errorcode_userglobusloadfailed".

change : <Client runScene="False" sessionTutorial="true" socialTutorial="true" />
to : <Client runScene="False" sessionTutorial="false" socialTutorial="false" />
