Daily prize still broken
This is two days in a row now that I've had the same problem. I can only gather that not getting the daily prize is connected to the local profile bug I've had since the offline mode was implemented.

Every time I start the game up I am getting a local profile error before the game attempts to download the server profile. When I do then get into the game, I see the daily store sale, but no daily prize.

This is getting a little annoying now as the first time the prize messed up I was about to collect the very last one =/. Now I can't even get the first one!

Is at all possible to add in some way in which to force the game to download the server profile and not check for a local one? This would at least make it possible to confirm whether the missing daily prizes are connected to offline profile errors.

And again, I ask if someone could provided the location where local saves are stored. I cannot find it on my PC at all.

Well, I can confirm that the daily prize is working just fine. (I do not have a profile error though.) I suspect you are right and the profile is part of it - since the daily prize tracking is recorded per player. Correcting the profile error is the way to fix this - not changing the game when the feature in question is working.

As for the save games - Steam games normally save in the same place, so it's usually easy to find. The problem is that this game does not use the local system to save the data - it is saved to the server, (and seemingly only the server, as searching by timestamp shows no files are updated at the corresponding time) - so unfortunately, this will continue to happen until the profile issue is corrected. I wish I knew what was causing that.

Anyone still looking for the other Steam save files - they are here:
Open your Steam folder (installed to C:/Program Files by default) Inside the Steam folder, open the userdata folder. Now, there will normally be only one folder here - with a variable folder name, which is the number of your Steam ID. If more then one profile uses Steam on that machine, there will be more then one folder, and you will have to determine to whom each belongs. Inside you numbered folder, you will see a list of numbered folders - one for each game - named by the game ID number. The game folders are eac handled differently, some have a lot of data, some hide the saves, others don't - it all depends on the game.

I had the same issue. It worked for me yesterday and I didn't have the profile loading issue. But every time I have had it, I haven't seen the daily prize show up.

Some players with a profile bug can miss the daily prize. We are fixing this profile bug at the moment and fix will also repair this daily prize bug.

This is now consistently happening to me. Can't remember the last time I saw a daily prize. Any update on a fix? It's been multiple patches since it was originally posted as a bug. Whether it's a "profile bug" or not, it still exists. :)

Apparently like other "profile bugs" this will not get fixed, despite promises from Jun 14th of 2013 and multiple patches since then. I've tried to be patient, but this is ridiculous. FIX YOUR GAME.

They've obviously just stopped supporting this game. I suspect they're now focusing entirely on the Prime World instead. Which is too bad, as it's a generic moba with barely anything in common with this game. Played it once and uninstalled.

What really irritates me is that other devs/pubs leave their support contact, yet we have none here.

The Worst part is when the achivments dont work and you have to start the grinding all over again to get them

No, the worst part is there is now an ad when you start this game.

"Hey suckers! We're not going to fix this game, so go buy it again on the app store, and maybe we'll fix that one.... ".

Screw these guys.
