How does one request a refund through Steam?

As the title says, never requested one before, cant figure out how, any help would be awesome.

Valve's official stance is "no refunds". All sales are final (with the only exception being pre-orders before they are released). However, if you contact support and can raise a sufficiently good reason for a refund they will likely offer you a one-time only good will gesture. Once you've accepted that, they will not offer you another one, ever again. So use it wisely.

Ah well thanks chika, i guess i wont waste it on this since it is only $15. But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I love people like you DeadlyFred who feel the need to troll. Better not use the community forums to ask the community questions. This game is like the War Z of ARPGs, I honestly cant believe that steam allowed this to be sold.

Steam gives no refunds, maybe one as Ogiue said.

Hope they start to do as Origin now does, a 7-days refund.
