Anyone know where is Bloodthrust Axe

If Im remembering correctly I'm not 100% sure this is where it was. There was this narrow path located right by Sarium Outpost you actually walk across a mountain ridge so it's a little tricky to find. Sarium Outpost has 2 entrances go into the one that is the south entrance and you can find the ridge by walking towards the right edge of the map. I hope this is right
