Hmm, I will be fair in my opinion.
I followed this for a long time i picked it up at the 1.07 patch stage.
its got quirks for sure,lots of minor ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
I hope 1.08 patch address a lot of them.The devs say thats due next week.There is a game here,i put in 12 hours now.Still early days lol.
Don,'t think i would do that if there was not.To be patient would be a good mindset to start with.
People have had trouble even runnig it,I have had no such prolems appart from the odd crash.
These are some of my thoughts and opinions on it any way.

dont buy it. not yet anyway. srsly, the game is FULL of bugs. games got plenty of freedom, but what you actually do with it? not much. there are quests sure, but thats about it. the game is filled with graphical bugs as well. if you want a story, then following the lore of the game is about all youll get, as the NPCs dont have anything interesting to say. a majority of them only saying "hello" when you speak to them. just wait till the 1.08 patch, if the devs hold up to their promises, it will come out this week along with mod tools that can be used by the player base to fix the game. the game also eats up system memory like a hog. some fixes have been released that fix that, but not to a substantial degree.

also, traykey mentions people having trouble running it. lets just say, this is the first game in at least ten years ive had to restart my PC to play.

get grim dawn or starbound instead you get much more detailed games .
im first day pledger and they promissed to deliver the pledge stuff since january well game is long out now and still nothing for the first hand pledgers and the game is still not fixed completely still havin a terrible horizon
FOV ditched down to ground you see about 15 meters and not upwards ever.
Seems they work already at the second pat instead bringin the first our as it should be.
Here to mention i was Fanboy nr 1 ......was long ago.
par example the digital map promissed should come out now after many have almost finished the game WTF whom not insane would handle it that way.?
bad planning no managment almost no real feeling for what customers want fits all here.
