What in the game actually tells us that Young is, in fact, a young person - awake or asleep?

Big spectacles, white hair, brown trousers, and a few pixels that could represent a bow-tie and suspenders seem to suggest to me that his moniker is either a tad ironic or the wish he's trying to fulfill by dreaming so much.

It would fit the game's overall tired and cynical tone.
