Can't Shut Down

I can't find a way to shut this off, I don't see any options when I hit escape, all I can do is push it into the background and restart my computer. (Using a mac by the way)

Took me acouple of tries to find it, but it exists: In the options menu under "Save" you have the option to simply quit or quyit and save.

Thanks! I couldn't find a "Quit" options either. I was exiting the game by changing Resolution to "Windowed" and then closing the window. Feels weird that ESC is a shhortcut to keyboard settings.
