Controller support
Hi guys,

The store page doesn't mention (even partial) controller support, yet I think this kind games is perfectly suited to be played with a controller. Additionally, I already saw some discussions mentioning (problems with) controllers on the platforms Linux en Windows. I'm using a Mac and I have a wired Xbox360 controller.

So my question is: are gamepads supported for Mac? Or will this feature available in the future? I do hope so :-)

Thanks for your time and kind regards,
Michel

That partial coontroller suppot should be added on monday, with a few other things. i

There's in-game controller support for all versions. Most controllers seem to work just fine although there are issues with a few - it's worth a shot!

fixed it - newest adobe air and (I think most important) set xbox 360 as favorite controller under windows settings

It would be nice if the d-pad were usable rather than the analog stick - any chance of changing this? It's perfect for this type of game.

i can't do anything about that either, it's an issue with the extension. best way is to use 3rd party software, unfortunately

I use an aftermarket wired xbox 360 controller, and it works fine. It's nice when games have native controller support, but I keep a 3rd party program around for those that dont.

What is the extension in question? I've seen this remark in other developer comments and blogs, but no specifics.

Have you considered airxbc instead? It seems to fit the bill.

While I was initially reluctant to embrace the xbc standard, the controllers are comfortable and popular, and the plug and play aspect really sets the titles which utlize it properly apart. When it comes to the choice between full-fledged xbc implementation and universal controller support, I'd certainly prefer the former.

Why do I have to configure my controller every time I start up the game?

I use xpadder and that got my logitech controller to work!

Yeah, I'm using a PS3 controller with DS3 Tool, and the game doesn't seem to let me use the d-pad. The controls are a bit wonky using an analog stick. Anyone figured out a good workaround for this yet?

(Absolutely loving the game though!)

Download Joy2Key. All you need to do is map the keyboard to the d-pad.
