Gamepad Configuration

Ok so I tried the game for the first time with a logitech f310 gamepad. The first time it asked to configure it worked and after about 30 min in game it randomly stopped working. I tried closing the game and reconfiguring but it automatically selects what my up input is. This has even affected my configuration for other games. After searching this forum and a quick google search on how to recofigure I need help in doing so, Thanks.
