Out of range - no visual
I've encountered this problem with a few games now. I install the game and then open it. The game opens but my screen says "Out of range" and I can't get anything to show up. The game audio is playing. Any idea how I sort this out? Thanks

Hi,
this error is most likely caused by your monitor setup. Can you please tell me the resolution your monitor is set to and if you are using multiple monitors?

It is set to 1024x768. I'm using my TV screen as the only monitor. Thanks
