Serial number and absolute power

Hello, i´m having problems with Tropico 3, that i bought last night.
I purchased the gold edition (with Absolute Power) and installed it.
But when i press play on the steam special edition, it starts Absolute power.
I also cannot play Absolute power because there is no serial number.
I press play and it says that its looking for the serial number but nothing happens then.

Can you guys please help me? i was really looking forward to play Tropico 3

i followed the instructions but if i press: show Cd-key then it says that is being requested. But after a while the Cd-key still isn't there
