Crashing with Aztec Treasure

Its dissappointing to have this crashing on this challenge after making a good plan and getting sweet money going on after years of bankruptcy. any idea why my two save games (other one is for failsafe but still failed me) both crashes when I reach january and after juanita talks about election coming up? or better yet.. any idea on how i could save all my hardwork on this saved game of mine...

so far i found 3 problems in my game. a piece of road that wont go away, a teamster building built on wrong area and i crash everytime juanita starts to talk about election. i managed to deleted the teamster and the road tile. im still figuring out whats causing me to crash everytime juanita starts to talk.. ill try to use.. marshall law and see if shell talk

Cont... I THINK I DID IT. I reloaded my saved game and BAM. A scripted dialogue that could not come out from previous saves came out like my farm is being attacked and a dialogue about the game scenario. So far i havent crashed and im really happy. I will post again once i reach 10 years :)
