Missing Tropico 3 Steam special edition
I brought tropico 3 gold edition but i can only play the absolute power game. Even when i play the steam special edition it loads up absolute power. please help

The Absolute Power entry includes the Steam Special Edition of the game. If you have both on Steam, you can only launch the game through the Absolute Power.

You simply don't choose Absolute Power campaign/scenarios inside the game to play the part of the game from the Steam Special Edition.
