I'll be honest, the original Poker Night for me was an absolute nightmare, and in spite of the fact I still haven't got all the items to win, I don't think I'll head back to it at all. However Poker Night 2 is a HUGE step from that bloody mistake, for the game itself, has a better gameplay style to it, and I say that in the fact that, the AI doesn't always win. For with the predecessor, I always knew I would lose, no matter what, with this though, instead of a feeling of hopelessness, I feel that burning tension of wondering if luck will be on my side, otherwise, the game itself is the same as the original and is still pretty solid. The voice acting and conversations are as always brilliant, and the way that each character has a distinguishable trait that you can actually use to your advantage, certainly benefits it as a whole. As well as being to purchase characters drinks to kinda steer them away from their stern poker face. That and of course, unlike the original, there's a better feeling of reward for when you win, since the game isn't hideously unfair, you feel like you actually won a tournament, instead of beating a rage game per say.
There really isn't all that much I can say otherwise, the game itself is just kinda the same apart from these little upsides that make it SOOOOOO much better, so yeah, if the original Poker Night has driven around the bend, then I would take a look at this one, it really is a massive
