Connection Issue

Poker Night 2 will continuously say that it cannot connect to the Internet despite that A.) I am very clearly connected and B.) I read a suggestion to turn my firewall off; I tried this and it still refuses to connect. I have reinstalled the game, tried resetting my Internet connection, etc. and the game still refuses to connect. Can someone please help me? Or do I need to contact Gearbox to get my BL2 bounty rewards manually? I can provide screenshot proof that I have earned all the achievements concerning the bounties and I have earned all bounties accordingly. (I have all of my TF2 rewards)

I have the same issue. I notice it has been a year since your post. Any resolution?

Yeah I contacted Gearbox directly and they simply had me send in proof of my rewards and the error messages and they directly gave me the stuff so just contact them
