Naruto Shippuden: UNS3 Full Burst Modding Help Needed

Alright, I am going to explain this as clearly as I possibly can.
I open Texmod.
I select my "Target Application" (NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 Full Burst)
I choose a mod that I have downloaded.
I click "Run"
I get the following error message.

"♥♥♥♥ Happens"
"D'OH"

Now If I need to give further information on something else just ask me and I'll be willing to go further in depth. I want to learn how to mod and create some awesome stuff for people who may not have the time to create mods or aren't as computer savy. Thank you for your support and I would appreicate constructive feedback on this. Thank you again. :D

I have the same issues, I believe creating and loading mods for the Steam version of the game are impossible... I've tried a lot of different things, and can't seem to work it out either. I think you'll need the torrent. If I'm wrong, someone please instruct me how it's done... Wish Steam supported mods, would've just gotten a torrent or something if I knew it wouldn't be capable of this...

I managed to load mods by renaming Texmod.exe to 'NS3FB_launcher' (rename original launcher to something else. I can't use the logging mode though as I get the same error message

I'm pretty sure right now only texture mods can be done, though I'm sure that when people learn how to add characters they will ^^
