Why i can't play this game with standalone graphics card ?
have anyone know? i have adjusted setting in nVidia control panel ,but it didn't make any scene

have anyone know how to solve it?

What card is it and what exactly have you changed and what the problem with the scene? Stuttering,Freezing etc.
