Should i wait or by?

So i was wondering that should i buy this game now or wait for a sale/dlc?

How is the campaign or user made campaigns?

What about the gameplay and such?

From what i can tell the game looks good with some class variety, so it seems like a fun game.

Naranduil, basically the SP campaign was criticised for being very short. The real hope was for the community, but I've been out of touch with how the custom campaigns have been going on. I preordered (no benefit) and I won't be buying the DLC when it comes out.

Wait for some game changing retail quality UGC or a 75% off sale. Not saying it's the user's responsibility but this game isn't worth the money as it stands. It's a nice little read for $5 though.

I don't think this one is going to go on sale any time soon. It's more likely that the developers are working on either pay DLC or free content updates. They seem like a team that could go either way.

The community for this is pretty excellent though. A lot of hardcore Shadowrun fans out there making campaigns and one-shots in the classic traditions of "trust no one, plan for everything, cover all the angles, get eaten by invisible mind ninjas anyway."

i personnal would wait, i didn enjoy it albeit was short, they dont update this game much even thou it has bugs and could do with some content updates[extra magic spells, more cyberware and costums!] but yeah been waiting a long time with no update :( it depresses me as i have such high hope for this game it just needs some good updates

I like the game. But value wise, yeah, waiting for a sale would be the way to go. But if you have more money than you know what to do with, go ahead and get it now.

Maybe in January with this Berlin stuff. Well, if it's released in January which is higly improbablle if the devs history is any indication.

That's a good choice. It's a good game, the gameplay is basic but solid and the atmosphere is awesome but it is rather short. The community content has the same issue. I'd highly recommend it at less than $10 but there are a lot of games on steam you'll get more milage out of for $20 (especially during sales). In other words, we live in an awesome time for gaming.
