question about corporate extraction/ telestrian industries

I stupidly started Telestrian Industries before doing the Corporate Extraction side mission, I'm partway through the Telestrian mission now, my question is, will I be able to start the Corporate Extraction mission when I finish Telestrian? or do i have to rewind my game and do the side mission first?
