Can`t find the way to use "Haste" as mage
So, I`m running the Mage and bought "Haste", but I can`t move it to my spells list, spells marked red and haste marked green, am I missing something?

Haste is, IIRC, a Shaman spell - not a mage spell.

Yeah, it's for Shamans. It's based on the Conjuring skill, the one under Charisma, not the Willpower-based Spellcasting skill that normal mages use.

Well, I`ve googled a lot, and found that any character can gain any class abilities, in fact, I`ve read a lot of posts about mage using summoning and conjuring. AND FAQ[www.shadowrun.com] tells that:
"SRR is a classless system, so you can start as a mage and then use karma to gain shaman abilities."
And why on earth this game would let me upgrade shaman abilities and buy shaman spells, that I wouldn`t be able to use?

It is classless, you just need to raise the other spellcasting skill. We were saying it was for Shamans because they're the ones who mainly use Conjuring spells. As for why it let you buy a spell you can't use - a lot of RPGs let you buy and carry stuff that you can't use, Shadowrun's not unique there. Khajiit and Argonians couldn't wear boots in Morrowind, but they could still buy them. I imagine it'll be the same for the Godlike in Pillars of Eternity (they can't wear headgear, typically because they have horns or something else that would interfere with headwear).

Which version of Haste did you buy and what level of Conjuring are you up to?

Yes, but, it always marked red or something like that.

It was very basic lvl 1 spell and it was marked by "Level 1 conjuring needed" or sth like that, so I spent 1 karma point for conjuring and bought the spell.

If you've got Conjuring 1 and Haste 1 then you should be able to equip it. I can't help more than that since I've never made a character who uses Conjuring.

And not everything that you can't use is marked red in every game - Morrowind didn't have anything in the shop or inventory interface saying that Khajiit and Argonians couldn't wear boots; only indication was that nothing would happen when you tried to equip a boot.

Finally solved the problem, I`ve wiped all spells from selected list and added them again with no problems, thanks!
