I can't play my scene
Hello,
I'm running the game with windows eight - maybe this is the problem. When I'm trying to play my own scene, nothing happens. I can't test the stuff I'm working on ! has anyone got an idea about how fix this issue ?

Make sure you bind the scene within a camera region, and you drop a player spawner in there.
Sorry can't help myself :(

My scene testing stopped after the first days of working. I was never able to fix it after over a thousand hours spent with the editor and multiple installs on different PCs. There is something fragile about it.

It doesn't take too much more time though to build your content pack and play it in S.R.
@southwind : Okay but... I looked every tuto and I never saw this : how can I bind a scene to a camera ? I know how to drop a player spawn, however !

@Kill-city:Detroit : This is pretty disturbing, I played the game on my personal pc, but I wasn't able to run the editor on it. Then I installed it on another pc and... I guess it'll work, but for now, I can't do anything :/
That's your problem then. Create a region, then drag it so it encompasses our entire scene. Then in the attribute tab on the right hand side (with the region selected), change the the "type" from normal to camera. That should get it working.
Anytime a scene won't load for me, it's almost always been that I forgot a camera region or a player marker, for what it's worth. Every once in a while, it's some logic problem like I'm trying to infinitely load/reload the scene. To troubleshoot, I'll make a new content pack or new scene and load it- something really basic that I know should work. Sometimes it just breaks and seems to fix itself with a reboot. Shrug.
Also worth noting:

Hit F1 to show debug options in the game. That will make troubleshooting eight million times easier on you.
