Bug on last mission, can't finish

I'm at the last mission, in the universal brotherhood building, in the back fighting the insect "things". I get to the bit where they ressurect and whatsherface boasts about how they're immortal and so will she be, then it goes back to combat but I can't do anything. I can't open the main menu, I can't take any action and I can't change character. I can open and close menus like the weapon and inventory menus and I can change weapons. Is there a fix?
