HELP~!

So my friend recently bought the two pack version of this so that we can play. I downloaded it and I openend it up. It wouldn't let me click accept but rather decline, so without any other choice I had to click decline. Also it wouldn't close either. So upon clicking decline the game shut down and I restarted it, hoping it would allow me to click accept this time. Instead, I had a black screen, and I even uninstall and reinstalled it. It just simply doesn't work, can anyone help me? I already sent a email to their team.
