Looks like a neat game, am considering buying. Question though, when playing multiplayer, do you see each other, or are you both just playing the same course at the same time? Is there any interaction between players?

With the online multi player, you will see the other persons character running on your screen as well as an indicator of how far away they are if they get too far ahead or behind you. There are also power ups through out the tracks that can either give your character an advantage, or do something mean to your opponent. Swap controls is my bane.

You can also turn on a split-screen mode if you're wanting to keep close track of your opponent in an online game. It works both online and off.

Okay that's good to hear. It wasn't clear from the trailers if you were both just doing a simultaneous time trial basically and wouldn't see each other if you passed each other etc. Congrats on getting the game out, I look forward to giving it a try!

The multiplayer in this game is great.... That's something i'd say if anyone ♥♥♥♥ing played the game. It's a great game, it's just that if you want to play with someone online, you'd be wasting your time since nobody plays the multiplayer. If you have a friend in real life, the split screen is really fun though!

What slightly irks me is that you can't have synced music with your friend.
