This game doesn't kid around. It throws you into a dark, mysterious place full of humanoid creatures trying to annihilate you, with only a few necessary things so you're able to survive at first, with many other items scattered around the facilities and hidden rooms. Teleglitch is a real hard game, and you should experience it yourself.
There's always the same way you start, but the way you progress differs with what you find and what you craft with it. You can craft almost everything you need to stay alive, from meds, through armors to deadly weapons and bombs. The game makes you reconsider your decisions often and economical with what you own, as it tends to be scarce with ammo and other items, so you pretty much need to examine every nook and cranny and decide whether to finish off a group of zombies with a bomb or a few shotgun slugs.
The atmosphere of the game is enigmatic, and you'll often find yourself discovering data logs which uncover more and more about the game's lore. There is no music, but for me, it only makes the game darker. The graphical style is rather simple, but neat, and the glitchy effects look really good. The informations about health, ammo or items you own are short and simple, as well as the interface.
Arm yourself with a lot of patience and time, because you're going to find yourself dying over and over. This isn't the sort of game for the weak, but as earlier mentioned, you should give it a try anyways. There's even a demo so you can easily see if you're prepared for the hordes.
