-You can now zoom the map using mouse wheel.
-Added HD mode. Check the options menu.
-Fixed missing module names in level4b
-Upgraded to SDL2. This should fix most of the weirdness with the game window.
-You no longer have to restart the game to switch between fullscreen and windowed mode.
-Levels are now much more random (inspired by one of the Xangi's mods)
-Fixed a minor bug that allowed you to reload when you had no ammo.

If anything, HD mode makes low-res sprites look unnatural. Widescreen support (480x270 or square pixel 320x200) would be more welcome — almost nobody uses 4:3 displays anymore, so 4:3 is a waste of screen space.

Well after that update it now crashes to desktop right the blue screen of asset loading.

I'm on Windows 7 64 bits with an ATI 5670.

edit: It seemed to be a problem on my side, I had to restart steam a few times and tweak my AV settings. Sorry for the trouble. Case closed

Thank you so much for making this game and continuing to update and support it. I want you to know that out of all the games available on Steam, of which I own hundreds, yours is my game of the year for 2013. It is the most fun, atmospheric, and intense experience I have had with a video or PC game in years.

Your game evokes memories of playing Quake II when I was teenager, but is certainly a unique and original experience. One of the most unique I've ever played, really. Please, keep up the good work.

That's great news, more randomness is such a great addition to the game, even if i'm newbe ( 7h00 according to steam, just hit the first "shortcut" to lvl 3 ) the levels felt more or less the same. I was starting to feel kind of bored i have to admit.

I've just play a new game here and even if we still recognize some standard room it's way better ! Congrats.

This game is great ! I just wish the stabbing more punchy, as the game does remind me of old school shooter, the close combat doesn't feel at all like the all mighty chainsaw of doom.

But in any case congrats on the game, keep it up it's awesome !

Haven't tried it yet, been updating the Modloader, but how do you get the spears? I didn't see any crafting recipes for them (this was actually good, less changes means less I have to update, just fixing up the levels now and it should be good to go again after some testing).


EDIT: Oh, also the little box on the crafting list seems to be off now, partially covering the next item's text.

I thought about making those spears craftable but then I thought they might get added in some new content update or something so I left it alone. :P

Where is HD mode? resolution 3x? Support wide FullHD please, and check Info menu for Story in Ubuntu, etc
