Game runs at about 0.1 fps a second.

I downloaded the game and started it. I thought it had crashed but no, it just runs really really really slow. Unplayably slow. Looking at the game recquirements my computer should run this game super easily. I tried uninstalling and redownloading but it didn't do anything. I could use some help cause right now I feel like I just wasted my money!

Try turning off the dynamic lighting (i don't really remember the name) in the options menu

I tried that and now I can play the game smoothly enough but the glitch effects (like when you use a teleporter) just completely bring the fps back down to almost non-existent levels and it's really annoying. When I beat a level and use a teleporter I have to surf the web or go find snacks because it just takes so damn long to get through the glitch effects. Sometimes the fps goes so low that my computer thinks the game isn't responding anymore. I don't understand why a pixel game is such a load on my computer that exceeds the game recquirments for the game.

The last update made the game much more intense to process in many areas. I think the devs might optimize, but i am not sure

Well if they don't optimize it then I want a refund. It's up to the devs to put the correct spec reqcuirements on their store page. If the spec info is wrong then they are selling the game under false pretenses.

It can be your computer, not the game. Try installing newest drivers or verifying your hardware. Or maybe it's just the game and the devs may optimize it

what is that, frames per second squared? do you not exist in the third dimension?
