Got it for free when I bought Overgrowth. Basically, it's handgun porn. It's repetitive, but once you learn the controls, you keep coming back despite the Dark Souls-like punishment for screwing up. Sometimes I've flicked the game on, promising to spend only a few minutes, and then I look at the clock later and discover that an entire hour has gone by. It's pretty good, with two exceptions.
1: This guy is the weakest person alive. I mean, okay, getting shot once and you go down, that's fine, but I've jumped out of trees higher than the distance this guy will break his legs upon landing from.
2: It runs very poorly. I'm not sure whether that's due to inefficient coding or whatnot, because we all know the circumstances by which this game came about, but I can hear my computer chugging away even on the lowest graphics settings, and the game stutters like a chipmunk on crack. Meanwhile, I can run The Witcher on its highest settings without so much as a drop in the framerate.
Had this been pitched to me on paper, I would've said, "Go back and finish it, then we'll talk." However, now that I've spent some time with it, and gotten addicted enough to find all the tapes, I must say that had I known it was this much fun, I would have paid full price.
