Game's crashing at loading screen

Hi, I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem for my wife. I bought her Worms: CW as a game we could play together, though it doesn't seem to be cooperating. It starts up just fine, goes through the intro and all the logos, gets to the first loading screen and then 3 seconds in crashes.

I know we're just barely making the graphic requirments, but we should still be okay. One thing I'd like to try is lowering the graphics from outside of game play if that's possible, but I'm basically looking for ideas to get it going.

I saw a thing where some people dumped the video files, but in this instance the movies don't seem to be an issue. Just something during loading is triggering the crash.

I've had the same problem. I've tried everything Team 17 have suggested and more. My specs are more than adequate. So many people have had issues with this. If you have any luck please let me know. I'd actually like to get my moneys worth and play the game.

I think I fixed it, try to go in (steam / steamapps / worms clan wars / datapc / movies) and delete the file Team17 and all Intro Movie files, here the game is opening, however enters as if I had downloaded in weekend mode free D=

No, I've tried that unfortunately. All it does is forward her through the movies (which frankly is kinda nice.) Then gets to the loading screen and crashes again.

Exact same thing happens to me and it thinks me off! Everything I require for the game, I have. They should reply to this as soon as possible.
