Scavenging Never Ends

Hello!

Unfortunately, there seems to be a major problem with Scavenging in Endless mode (possibly in Campaign, also; I haven't checked). Simply put, Scavenging goes on forever. The music restarts, I've killed all the zombies and collected all the items, but the Scavenging scene doesn't end.

It did end as usual, however, when I had a boss battle with the zombie bear.

Any advice on this is appreciated. Thank you for your time.
