Birgirspallex Transplant
I have done 5/6 of the Alien Transplants, and I've probably spent a couple of hours trying to get the Birgirspallex transplant to complete. I have gotten it so close several times, but it never has accepted it as successful. Has anyone completed that transplant? I took a screenshot of the transplant when it should've been completed (and I know that the flashing lights on the organ should line up a certain orientation).

Anyone else having problems?

I've managed that one. It is a big pain. If it doesn't work, flip the ends.

Just getting it to be somewhat in the abdomin is a huge challenge. I think I'm going to take a break from trying it for a while...Ugh

actually managed it once seems like you need both ends to be 'connected' at the same time which is bloody annoying since it keeps flapping around

it kinda seems like though if you grab the middle and push it down at the bottom of the pewdsball it will try to wiggle into shape but not quite but atleast if you get it close engouth you might be able to push both ends down at the same time with your hand

the body part is bugged for some reason the birgirspallex doesn't register, but when you implant the robal on birgirspallex surgery it gives it to you as completed

no it actually works it just really annoying since both ends have to touch at the same time
think of it as a kidney transplant x2 where theres a string connecting the two kidnies

Thank you so much for this! I can confirm that replacing Robbaloraz (Birgirspallex stayed connected at the other end, so I only cut the connection between Birgirspallex and Robbaloraz to get Robbaloraz out (of course I also cut the other Robbaloraz's connection)) indeed counts for completing Birgirspallex surgery.
So this still works as of 4th July 2014.
