Even if you don't have issues in other games, sometimes you can have strange things occur in just one game, and it turns out to be a system problem somewhere.
That may not be your issue of course, but if you haven't taken those steps yet, give them a whirl and let us know.
Also, is your keyboard wireless? Dell does have drivers and a host of other updates on their website. It might be worth getting all the updates for your computer from Dell, if you haven't done so already. (Except the bios or firmware updates. Don't get those unless you are sure how to use them).
