To be honest? Yes. I was a huge skeptic, but lord, the laughs alone were worth it. And it doesn't matter if you do good or bad, you'll still crack up. I'd say for a mere few bucks, get it. I've found it worth it.

Yes. With the media's focus on "games causing violence", why can't the inverse be true? Becoming proficient in surgery for 3 dollars is a no brainer.

Think of it, if you are in a crowded restaurant and someone has a medical emergency and the waitress asks "Is anyone a doctor?" You can proudly say "yes, yes I am, sort of."
If your girlfriend's annoying yappy dog needs surgery but she can't afford it, instead of maxing out your credit card, you can say, "I got this, hand me my army knife."

Unfortunetly my nba dreams from 2k are lacking, but maybe I can attribute that to being middle aged and over weight. Same for all the years of madden football.

It was absolutely worth the 3.4€ I got it for, but you pretty much play it through in a couple of hours and I don't feel like there's much replay value after that. It was fun while it lasted and well worth the money.

HOLY CRAP yes. This game is one of the funniest games of 2013. The controls will take atleast an hour getting used to,but after that this game can easily make 3.40$ look like 60$
