hello a few years ago i got surgeon simuator in facct it was my very first steam game. i completed the whole game then when the tf2 new surguries and the al* surgery but when my computer was in the shop it was wiped so i had to start all over again so i was wondering if someone could give me a link to a completed save and a tutorial on how to put in the save.

its okay i modded the files so i have all surguries now
